Dixie Detail LLC (“Dixie Detail”, “we”, “us”) provides mobile vehicle detailing in southeast Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: Your name and mobile number.
- Service details: The address where we perform the service, your vehicle’s year, make and model, the services you book, and notes about the vehicle’s condition.
- Appointment and payment records: Dates, amounts, payment method, and whether a payment was received. Card payments are handled securely by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Messages: Texts, calls, emails, and form submissions you send us.
- Website data: Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and follow up on the services you request.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, payment links, and receipts.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep business, tax, and accounting records.
- To understand how our website is used and to improve it.
- With your separate consent, to send review requests, service reminders and offers.
Text messages
We text you only if you have agreed to receive texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Our Text Message Terms have the full details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our booking and scheduling tools, phone and text messaging provider, payment processors, website host, email and calendar provider, and accounting tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Staff who perform your service can see your name, address, vehicle, and appointment details.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
- A successor business, if Dixie Detail is sold or merged, under the terms of this policy.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to measure visits. It also shows customer reviews through an embedded third-party review widget, which may set its own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Photos
We may photograph a vehicle before and after service for our records. We may share photos of our work on our website and social media, without license plates or anything that identifies you. Tell us if you would prefer that we not share photos of your vehicle.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and appointment records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as tax, accounting, and legal requirements call for. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time.
- Ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us not to share photos of your vehicle.

Security
We limit access to customer information to the people and service providers who need it, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of our services after a change means the updated policy applies.
